Music has always been more than a skill for me. Classical piano training gave me discipline, but it also gave me a language — one I instinctively understand and return to often.
My formal training includes certification in Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) through the London-based RTT School. That framework informs what I do, but over the years my work has evolved into something deeply personal, shaped by time, experience, and the individual stories of the people I connect with.
What makes my approach different is the integration of live, intuitive music with subconscious and meditative processes. I work with carefully structured language, regression-informed hypnotherapy, calibrated frequency — including solfeggio-based tones — and improvised piano. Music is not layered on top of the process; it carries it.
At the heart of my work is a belief in alignment. When we move toward internal harmony, something begins to settle. The nervous system softens. The mind slows. Insight arises more easily. The body begins to shift toward balance.
Surrender, to me, is not weakness. It is strength expressed through trust — the willingness to allow rather than force. Much of what I create in a session is designed to make that kind of softening possible, in a way that feels safe and natural.
I believe there is something sacred about being human. I believe each of us carries a spark of that divine intelligence within us. My work is heart-led. Every meeting is approached with care, reverence, and presence.
Alongside my private practice, I also serve as a therapist at Sterrekopje Healing Farm in Franschhoek, South Africa.
Ultimately, what I offer is space — a space where you can slow down, feel safe within yourself, and return to a deeper sense of coherence.
